ALLIANZ CELEBRATE BEST EVER CII EXAM RESULTS

Allianz employees have once again performed excellently in this year’s Chartered Insurance Institute examinations. 

The overall pass rate achieved by employees for all subjects taken was 86 per cent, which demonstrates the success of Allianz’s continued investment in developing the technical and professional capability of employees. 50 Allianz employees achieved distinctions and 20 became new Advanced Diploma holders.

These results reflect the variety of ways that employee development is encouraged at Allianz. For example, through CII prior learning accreditation for technical programmes (the Allianz Underwriting Academy and Excellence in Claims programme) employees can gain CII credits as they complete in house modules and assessments. As well as CII exams, Allianz supports employees working towards professional qualifications in a range of disciplines, including Finance, IT, Legal and Risk Control.

In the Commercial and Retail divisions 90% of our customer-facing employees are CII members which was reflected in our Chartered Status Award. This enables us to put the customer at the heart of everything we do.”
