ALLIANZ COMMERCIAL LAUNCHES DEFAQTO FIVE STAR RATED SME PRODUCTS
Following the release of its full-cycle e-trading solution, QuoteSME, Allianz Commercial is proud to announce it has enhanced its ‘Complete’ SME range of tailored business insurance for SMEs.
After extensive market research and broker feedback, Allianz has worked to enhance its products in line with the needs of its customers, with features and benefits that include commercial legal expenses cover across all products and access to a 24 hour claims helpline service.
In addition to developing its Complete Business, Complete Property Owner and Complete Flatowner products, Allianz Commercial has been awarded a five star rating for its Complete Office, Complete Contractor and Complete Retailer products by independent financial research and software company Defaqto*, in recognition of the comprehensive range of cover they can offer in these products.
Each of the enhanced products is available online via QuoteSME and iMarket, with telephony support from Allianz’s specialist SME underwriting team. This follows on from Allianz’s recent update of its Fleet product and is in line with the constant evolution of its proposition. There are also plans to launch a string of products later in the year.
Dave Martin, director of SME markets, said: “We listened to brokers and have enhanced our SME products to enable them to obtain quality cover that is competitively priced. We are extremely pleased with the Defaqto rating, which is testament to the quality we have built in to this range.”
He adds: “Customers are at the heart of everything we do and we have reviewed these products to ensure they are offered a complete end-to-end solution. Our fully-integrated SME business model also means that multiple routes to distribution are provided, offering brokers the flexibility required to trade successfully in a competitive market.”
