ALLIANZ CREATES NEW CLAIMS MANAGEMENT ROLE

Allianz has appointed Graham Stait to the newly created position of proposition and change relationship manager.

Graham, who has worked for Allianz since 2008, will coordinate and manage the claims aspects of Commercial propositions, with a particular focus on the customer journey. He will also assist in identifying and implementing business change within the Claims division.

Graham started his Allianz career as part of the Claims graduate scheme. He has subsequently held a variety of roles including technical claims handler, training co-ordinator, training and development manager and branch operations manager.

Mike Shapland, head of business systems, Allianz Claims, said: “Graham’s appointment is testament to the career progression and development Allianz offers. Making a claim is the key moment for our customers. Graham’s vast experience and knowledge of the business will ensure that the claims journey is as smooth as possible for our customers.”
