ALLIANZ LEGAL PROTECTION STRENGTHENS ATE TEAM

Allianz Legal Protection (ALP) has made three appointments to its after-the-event claims team, demonstrating its commitment to the future of the market.

Joining the Company are Alex Driscoll and David Lomas, who will both take on the position of claims handlers, along with Natalie Bird who takes on a support role.

Alex previously worked for RBS as a defendant claims handler and David joins from the Bank of Ireland, where he held the position of complaints investigator.

Their key responsibilities include claims management along with providing support to ALP’s panel of solicitors. Natalie will assist both claims handlers and maintain the team’s innovative online administrative system.  

Commenting on the new appointments, James Barclay, claims manager at ALP, said: “We remain fully committed to the future of the ATE market. These new additions to our team will ensure that we are well positioned to meet the opportunities and challenges involved with modelling and shaping the legal expenses environment over the next few years.”
