ALLIANZ PARTNERS WITH SERIOUS LAW LLP

Allianz has been granted a licence by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to establish an alternative business structure named ALP LAW, in partnership with specialist law firm, Serious Law LLP.

ALP Law will provide legal advice and support to Allianz direct private motor policyholders, if they suffer a personal injury following an accident where they were not at fault.

Serious Law LLP, which specialises in catastrophic personal injury claims, was selected by Allianz because of its excellent reputation for providing customers with outstanding service, combined with its proven experience and technical expertise.

James Barclay, head of legal protection claims, comments: “The new structure introduced through ALP Law will not add layers of costs to the legal claims process but will ensure that Allianz customers with a genuine need for legal support receive the highest possible level of service.”

He adds: “Customers will be provided with timely, expert support from lawyers at what can be a worrying and stressful time. They can also be confident in the knowledge that there are no hidden costs, so they will be awarded 100% of their damages if ALP Law handles their injury claim.”
