ALLIANZ RETAIL EXPANDS CORPORATE PARTNER TEAM

Allianz Retail has appointed two new business development managers to support the growth of the corporate partner division.

Basil Anderson and Pete Heath, who joined Allianz in 2011 and 2008 respectively, will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential new corporate partners across various distribution channels. The pair will also be tasked with discovering new affinity potential within the market place.

Basil, who is currently working towards his CII diploma in general insurance, previously worked for Allianz Legal Protection as a key account developer. Prior to joining Allianz, he held positions at GE Capital Equipment Finance and RSA.

In his time at Allianz, Pete has held a number of roles including fleet motor underwriter and senior business developer, Allianz Commercial. He joined Allianz from Zurich and is currently working towards ACII accreditation.
