Allianz welcomes new graduate intake

Allianz has welcomed 28 graduates onto its graduate programme. Spread over six schemes (Actuarial, Underwriting, Finance, AMT, IT & Claims) the graduates will gain valuable skills and extensive exposure to the business.

The 2017 graduate intake recently shared an intensive induction week with presentations from CEO, Jon Dye, and members of the management board.

Alongside their rotation of business areas each graduate will also study for a relevant professional qualification and receive support and training in other core professional skills.

Allianz’s graduate talent manager, Daria Malova commented:

“We recognise the importance of investing in talent and are very proud of our scheme.We support our graduates through the entire process and the experiences they gain over the next two years will be exteremly beneficial for their future careers. We are delighted to welcome the 2017 intake and wish them the very best of luck as they start their placements."
