ALP LAUNCHES NEW LEGAL SERVICES SUITE

Allianz Legal Protection (ALP) has been selected by Home & Legacy to provide a new family legal service for all new and renewal business.

Under the new partnership, ALP has created a unique branded solution entitled Home & Legacy Legal Assistance, which provides customers with a comprehensive, cost-effective way to address a wide range of legal requirements.

Benefits of the service include:

• A legal helpline capable of resolving any legal need
• An annual health check of the customer’s legal affairs
• Discounted fixed fees for non-insured events, providing transparency and certainty of costs 
• Online legal guides and support documents, such as letter templates
• 24/7 telephone and online legal support.

Customers can also choose how they access legal services, from traditional telephony and face-to-face contact, through to remote online engagement. Other benefits include paper free claim form reporting and immediate client call validation.

The new solution was developed following extensive market research carried out by ALP, which found that cuts in legal aid, the closure of Citizens Advice Bureaux and employment tribunal fees are prompting customers to looking for more support from their legal expenses insurance.   

Customer research also revealed that accessible legal advice, support and legal representation from a credible, trusted brand is of utmost importance to customers, as well as the ability to immediately address a diverse range of legal issues.
