SURVEYS REVEAL ALLIANZ IS GRADUATES' TOP INSURANCE EMPLOYER

Two independent surveys have confirmed Allianz’s position as the employer of choice in the general insurance sector.

The Guardian newspaper 2015/16 survey of 44,000 students sees Allianz improving its position by 32 places, making it the highest ranked insurer.

Allianz also takes the number two spot in The Job Crowd’s league table of Top Accountancy and Insurance Companies (larger intake category).

Allianz also retains a place in the top 100 of The Job Crowd's Top Companies to Work For, scoring particularly well (4.5 out of 5) for training programmes.

Anthony Takyi, Allianz’s graduate manager commented:

“These surveys confirm that Allianz is a great place to work. We strive to attract and retain the best talent with a company ethos that values our people and celebrates their achievements. We invest in learning and development opportunities and 80% of graduates stay with us once their courses have finished. 1) The Guardian’s rankings are based on the largest independent survey of students in the UK. Over 44,000 student votes from 120 universities make this the most representative student poll ever.

2) The Job Crowd figures are drawn from thousands of reviews submitted to TheJobCrowd website across the year by graduate employees at several hundred graduate employers. This means that the companies listed are those that graduate employees say are the best companies to work for, not just those who might be the best known.
