Press release -

THE ALLIANZ SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME WANTS MORE APPLICATIONS!

Allianz’s award winning Scholarship Programme is now offering even more places for brokers looking to achieve their CII Diploma in Insurance.

First launched to commercial brokers last year, Allianz is now offering a further 20 places to its retail broker partners. The successful applicants will receive first-class tuition, revision sessions and free study texts to help them achieve their CII Diploma within 18 months.

In addition, a series of topical Breakfast Clubs and Partners Academy Courses that explore all aspects of insurance will be available for brokers to learn about the latest market trends and industry developments from experts within the Allianz business.

Adam Marshall, head of broker sales and distribution, said: “The Scholarship Programme is further demonstration of our ongoing commitment to our broker channels.  It’s a fantastic opportunity for our retail broker partners to take the next step towards developing a long-term and successful career in insurance. “

He added: “Last year, 120 commercial brokers applied for the 33 spaces available on the Scholarship Programme. I anticipate the programme will be just as popular with retail brokers and I would encourage them to apply as soon as possible so they don’t miss out.”

Brokers can apply for a place on the Scholarship Programme by visiting: http://www.allianz.co.uk/scholarshipapplication or by contacting their Allianz account manager. The window for applications closes on 2nd August 2013 and programme begins in October.
