ALLIANZ EXPANDS TECHNICAL CLAIMS MANAGEMENT TEAM

Allianz Insurance has appointed Nick Kelsall to the position of technical claims manager.

Nick, who will join as a member of the technical management team, will have primary responsibility for providing strategic technical guidance to the claims centres handling volume motor injury claims and will personally handle the most severe and catastrophic injury claims.  In addition, he will manage the division’s legal panel ensuring that it is aligned to overall strategy.

Prior to joining Allianz, Nick worked at NFU Mutual as a litigations manager and Irwin Mitchell solicitors as a claimant lawyer. In his role at NFU Mutual, he was tasked with identifying trends or anomalies that impacted on regional claims performance and spend.
