ALLIANZ APPOINTS KEY ACCOUNT DEVELOPERS TO BROKER PARTNERSHIP TEAM
Allianz Retail has announced the appointment of two new key account developers to its Broker Partnerships team.
Harriet Tutin and Sam Huggett will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with a panel of brokers and contributing to the growth of the personal lines broker segment.
Harriet will cover the Midlands and Anglia region whilst Sam will work across London and the South East.
Following highly successful summer internships with Allianz, Sam was accepted onto the company’s Corporate Management Trainee Scheme in 2012. After rotating through four different areas of the business he then accepted a full time role as account executive in the Retail Broker Partnership Team.
Harriet joined Allianz in 2014 as a regional broker account executive, assisting in the development and management of the day to day running of existing Retail accounts and new businesses opportunities. She previously worked as an administration manager for Belmont Thornton, a PPI claims company, overseeing a team of claims administrators.
Adam Marshall, head of broker sales and distribution, Allianz Retail, said: “We are delighted that we have been able to fill these roles by promoting from within, demonstrating the talent and potential we have within our business. Brokers are a vital part of our growth strategy and these appointments confirm our continual commitment to the broker channel.”
