ALLIANZ LOOKS TO THE FUTURE WITH NEW GRADUATE MANAGER

Allianz has announced the appointment of Anthony Takyi as HR manager, graduates.

In his new role Anthony will be responsible for developing and delivering the graduate recruitment and development strategy for the UK business in close collaboration with business sponsors.

Anthony commented: “This is an exciting opportunity and I am looking forward to working with our talented graduates. Allianz has an excellent reputation as a graduate employer and the strong focus on Learning and Development is what attracted me to the role.”

Anthony previously worked at PwC as a student recruitment manager and was most recently responsible for school leavers, interns and graduates in the areas of consulting, tax and actuarial. He is also an associate member of the CIPD.

Jost Wahlen, head of learning and development, added: “I am delighted to have Anthony joining the team. With him on board we will further improve our attractive career opportunities for graduates who get real responsibility and get to make an impact on the business from the beginning.”
