Press release -

Allianz promotes Kuldip Kang as claims proposition manager

Allianz Commercial has promoted Kuldip Kang to the position of claims proposition manager, where she will focus on delivering excellent broker and customer service.

Kuldip will oversee the propositions, communications, customer experience and claims relationship manager (CRM) teams.

In her nine years at Allianz, she has worked across a number of transformation programmes and strategic initiatives. Earlier in her career, as an operations insights analyst, she examined customer data to drive improvements to the customer journey. She then worked as a business analyst on the LV= and L&G GI businesses’ transfer to Allianz. Most recently, as executive assistant and then business manager to CEO Simon McGinn, she has collaborated closely with the commercial executive committee.

Kuldip was named Young Professional of the Year by the Insurance Institute of Guildford (2018) and was shortlisted as Young Achiever of the Year at the British Insurance Awards (2019). As part of the CII New Generation Leadership programme, she led a project on improving public trust in digital insurance.

Kuldip replaces Emily Mills, who has joined KPMG. She will report to Margaret Scott, director of claims strategy and customer experience, who commented:

“I am very excited that Kuldip is joining Claims. Her background in data and her experience in change projects are real assets for her new role, which is very important. Our claims proposition is at the heart of what we offer brokers.”
