Allianz UK appoints Hailey Franklin as Commercial Director for Personal Broker
Allianz UK has announced the appointment of Hailey Franklin to the newly-created role of Commercial Director for Allianz Personal Broker.
Hailey will report to the Managing Director of Allianz Personal Broker and lead initiatives to strengthen trading performance and enhance business capabilities. Working closely with core teams, she will focus on delivering solutions that support Allianz Personal Broker’s commitment to a simple, stronger, and smarter approach.
Hailey has a wealth of knowledge from her 13 years at Allianz and in the insurance industry, where she has held senior roles across pricing, underwriting, and distribution. Her understanding of the market and ability to deliver results will be instrumental in shaping the next chapter for Allianz Personal Broker.
Hailey’s appointment is the latest high-profile recruitment for Allianz Personal Broker. In September, Allianz announced that Glyn Hughes has been recruited as Managing Director of Allianz Personal Broker and will start his new role in February 2026. In December 2025 it appointed Vicky Yuill as Distribution Director of Allianz Personal Broker.
