ALLIANZ WELCOMES NEW GRADUATES

Allianz has welcomed 33 graduates onto its graduate programme. Spread over six schemes the graduates will rotate through the company enabling them to gain valuable skills and extensive exposure to the business.

The 2015 graduate intake recently shared an intensive induction week with presentations from CEO, Jon Dye, and members of the management board.

Alongside their rotation of business areas, each graduate will also study for a relevant professional qualification and receive support and training in other core professional skills.

Anthony Taki, graduate manager, commented: “We are committed to our schemes and believe that investing in talent benefits not only the people we recruit but also our business. We are proud that many former graduates are now in management roles. We support our graduates through the entire process and the experiences that they’ll gain over the next two years will be invaluable for their future careers. We wish them the best of luck as they start their placements.”

Applications are now open for the 2016 graduate, internship and placement schemes.
